AV/LCD TV & Small Domestic Appliances Technician

About the role

The AV/LCD TV & Small Domestic Appliances Technician will diagnose, repair and maintain LCD televisions and a range of household appliances. The role involves both workshop repairs and on‑site service visits across Jeddah and Al Qassim, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and company quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform component‑level repairs on LCD TVs, including backlight replacement and vertical line correction using COF and laser bonding equipment.
• Repair small domestic appliances such as coffee machines, robot vacuums, steam irons and other kitchen devices.
• Conduct field service visits for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs at customer locations.
• Apply software and firmware updates on televisions and electronic products.
• Interpret service manuals, circuit diagrams and technical documentation to identify faults.
• Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to locate and resolve issues.
• Order spare parts through the company’s service management system and maintain accurate service reports.
• Provide professional customer service, explaining repair findings and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools and equipment while following health, safety and company procedures.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing LCD TVs and consumer electronics at the component level.
• Proven experience with small domestic appliance repairs.
• Previous work in an authorized service centre or with recognised consumer‑electronics brands is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel for field service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
