Front End Mechanic

About the role

CROWN KSA is looking for a skilled Front End Mechanic to maintain, diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and industrial equipment. The role ensures fleet reliability, safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on trucks, forklifts and other industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify potential problems.
• Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with parts inventory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• Proven experience as a Front End Mechanic or similar role in an industrial or fleet environment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required for certain duties.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Required skills

• Use of diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Welding and metal fabrication.
• Forklift operation and certification (preferred).
