B1 Instructor – Aircraft Maintenance Training

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia is seeking a B1 Instructor to lead technical training for H145 aircraft maintenance technicians in Jeddah. The role involves delivering classroom and on‑the‑job training, developing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver OJT and classroom training for H145 maintenance.
• Create teaching aids such as charts, handouts, slides and technical documentation.
• Supervise and evaluate new technicians during training periods.
• Maintain training records in accordance with PSS/GSAC policies using Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with engineering and safety teams to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent aviation training (≥2 years).
• At least 5 years of proven H145 maintenance experience (military or civilian).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical instructor.
• Type rating on H145 from an approved OEM organization.
• EASA Part 66 or FAA license preferred.
• Instructor qualification certificate from a recognized body.
• English proficiency – IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
• Ability to pass Saudi security clearance and PSS/GSAC interview.
