B2 Instructor – Technical Training for H145 Helicopter Maintenance

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a B2 Instructor to lead technical training for H145 helicopter maintenance technicians in Jeddah. The role involves delivering on‑the‑job training, developing curriculum and ensuring trainees meet regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate on‑the‑job training (OJT) programmes for new and experienced H145 maintenance technicians.
• Develop teaching aids such as charts, handouts, slides and other instructional materials.
• Supervise trainees during practical assessments and maintain accurate training records in line with PSS/GSAC policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to keep training content up‑to‑date with the latest technical publications.
• Participate in technical writing tasks and contribute to the creation of maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in avionics or equivalent aviation training programme (at least 2 years).
• At least 5 years of proven experience in H145 maintenance (military or civilian).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical instructor.
• Valid EASA Part 66 or FAA licence preferred; type rating on H145 from an approved OEM organisation.
• English proficiency of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
• Successful completion of PSS/GSAC interview and Saudi security clearance.
