Backend Developer – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with over 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high‑performance backend systems. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust APIs and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Design and optimise SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
