Barista – Full‑time in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our luxury hotel’s beverage team in Riyadh. You will prepare a wide range of coffee and cocktail drinks, ensure a clean bar environment, and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders according to recipes, measuring systems and garnish requirements.
• Open, serve and manage wine, champagne and other alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, glassware and related equipment.
• Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies and transport items to the bar set‑up area.
• Process all payment methods, count the cash drawer at shift end and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquor, beer, wine and other inventory in designated storage areas.
• Perform closing duties, including cleaning, waste removal and securing the bar.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant barista or beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to follow safety, security and company policies.
