Barista – Full‑time, Riyadh

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at St. Regis in Riyadh as a Barista. You will prepare drink orders to exact recipes, serve wine and champagne, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar environment for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, wine, and champagne, following standardized recipes.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, bar unit, tables and related tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to the bar set‑up area and wash soiled glassware.
• Process all payment methods, count cash at shift end and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas.
• Complete closing duties and follow all safety and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of barista or related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb and perform repetitive hand‑eye coordination tasks.
