Barista

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barista to support our events in Riyadh. The role involves delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while ensuring a polished guest experience throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, polish glassware and cutlery, and serve food and beverages.
• Circulate with canapés and drinks, clear tables discreetly, and attend to guests professionally.
• Operate and calibrate a commercial espresso machine and grinder.
• Prepare a range of espresso drinks, Arabic coffee, and cold coffee beverages.
• Maintain station cleanliness, perform machine backflushing, and replenish stock.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista.
• Currently residing in Riyadh with a valid NOC from sponsor and Baladiya health card.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Well‑groomed, polite, and confident in tray service and table setting.

Required skills

• Commercial espresso machine operation and grinder calibration.
• Espresso extraction (dose, yield, timing) and milk steaming/texturing, including plant‑based alternatives.
• Basic latte art and preparation of Arabic coffee (qahwa).
• Station cleaning, machine backflushing, and stock replenishment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
