About the role
The Bell/Luggage Attendant provides first‑impression service at Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. You will greet guests, manage their luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience in an ultra‑luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests at arrival, using names and titles, and assist with car doors and luggage.
- Tag, organize, and safely store all incoming, outgoing, and long‑term baggage, maintaining accurate logs.
- Escort guests to rooms, offering a professional orientation of amenities and services.
- Maintain a constant lobby presence, sharing hotel heritage, local attractions, and facility information.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to deliver messages, newspapers, and parcels promptly.
Required profile
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with ultra‑luxury standards.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to Raffles’ SOPs and LQA service standards.
- Strict confidentiality regarding guest movements and information.
- 1–2 years experience in a 5‑star luxury hospitality setting, preferably pre‑opening.
- High school diploma; hospitality degree is an asset.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.
