Bid Writer – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a Bid Writer to join our Facilities Management business in Khobar. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality, client‑focused bid submissions, working closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure proposals are persuasive, compliant and aligned with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit and proofread content for pre‑qualification questionnaires, tenders, proposals and presentations.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear, customer‑oriented responses.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, tender instructions and company standards.
• Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, CVs and supporting documents.
• Review tender documents to identify response requirements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Guarantee consistency in messaging, formatting, branding and overall presentation.
• Support continuous improvement of bid templates, content and writing methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in bid writing, proposal writing or tender management.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction or Technical Services is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
