BIM Manager – Digital Delivery Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead digital delivery on one of the fastest‑growing projects in the Kingdom. You will shape BIM documentation, enforce standards, and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enforce, and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client BIM documentation (EIR, AIR) in line with ISO 19650.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, digital workshops, and interdisciplinary design checks.
• Champion the Digital Delivery strategy, advising clients and supply‑chain partners on emerging technologies and asset performance.
• Manage model federation, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows for A/E/M/E/P and tenant models.
• Monitor implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
• Set up and enforce BIM QA processes, including model checks, clash reports, and corrective actions.
• Define and police a CDE‑based BIM data exchange regime, ensuring version control and attribute compliance.
• Support as‑built BIM and FM data delivery, integrating asset data with client FM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong technical background in multi‑disciplinary model federation and clash detection.
• Proven ability to lead BIM coordination teams and conduct digital workshops.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling for design and value‑engineering assessments.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards, CDE management, and BIM QA processes.
