BIM Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery on one of the fastest‑growing projects in the kingdom. You will shape BIM strategy, enforce standards, and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enforce and continuously improve the client BIM documentation, EIR, AIR and BIM Execution Plan aligned with ISO 19650.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, digital workshops, clash detection, model federation and interdisciplinary design checks.
• Champion the Digital Delivery strategy, advise the client and supply chain on emerging technologies, asset performance and operations requirements.
• Monitor BIM performance using Power BI and other online tools, and produce lessons‑learned reports.
• Define and police a CDE‑based data exchange regime, ensuring version control, naming conventions, LOD and attribute compliance.
• Support 4D/5D modelling, visualisation, AR/VR applications and quantitative design assessments.
• Provide flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• 8‑10+ years of post‑graduate experience, including at least 5 years as a BIM Manager/Coordinator on large, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record on complex mixed‑use, entertainment, leisure or hospitality assets.
