CAD Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a CAD Drafter to produce accurate 2‑D and 3‑D technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. The role works closely with engineers, architects and project teams to deliver drawings that meet specifications, standards and deadlines. You will ensure all drawings are clear, accurate and ready for client submission.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp.
• Create single‑line diagrams, shop drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Produce as‑built drawings and update them based on site conditions.
• Revise drawings according to design changes, comments and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and site teams to keep drawings current.
• Maintain organized records of revisions and project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of CAD drafting experience, preferably in solar PV, electrical or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, scales and drafting standards.
