Biomedical Engineer – Jeddah (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

As a Biomedical Engineer you will provide technical support for Imdad's clients, handling installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment. You will work both in the office and on‑site at customer locations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturers' specifications and Imdad's SLA.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Complete field‑call reports using FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and supplier reporting forms.
• Follow superior's instructions for technical tasks and seek assistance when needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the office and at customer sites.
• Identify and convey service contract opportunities and promote Imdad's service contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of service experience.
• Score of at least 80 % on Imdad's technical exam.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
