Biomedical Engineer (Saudi Nationals) - Al Khobar

About the role

Imdad is hiring a biomedical engineer in Al Khobar for its Biomedical Engineering Solutions department. The engineer provides technical support to Imdad's clients, covering installation, adjustment, maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment, and works on site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturers' specifications and Imdad's SLA.
• Provide technical support to clients through installation, adjustment, maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
• Report on field calls using the required forms (FSR, PPM checklist, Salesforce and supplier reporting) with clear messages and solutions.
• Follow the supervisor's instructions on technical tasks and develop your own technical skills.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the office and at customer sites.
• Report service contract opportunities to the department head and promote Imdad's service contracts in line with the sales plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0-2 years of service experience.
• Minimum score of 80% in Imdad's technical exam.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is a must.

Required skills

• Strong electronics technical background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures, effective time management and organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
