About the role

The Boutique Manager leads a luxury jewelry boutique, ensuring an exceptional client experience while meeting business objectives. This position combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and brand stewardship in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, maintaining brand standards for client experience, hygiene, merchandising, and security.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, delivering personalized, world‑class service.
• Drive sales performance, achieve team KPIs, and contribute to profitability.
• Train, coach, and develop staff on clienteling, product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand storytelling.
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with luxury image and seasonal direction.
• Manage appointments, exclusive events, and after‑sales service with discretion.
• Control inventory, coordinate stock transfers, and ensure product availability.
• Monitor financial operations, including sales reconciliation and cash management.
• Handle client feedback with elegance and solution‑focused mindset.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.
• Organise staff rosters, attendance, and floor coverage for peak periods.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewelry, watches, or high‑end fashion.
• Strong clienteling and CRM experience.
• Deep knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and materials is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages advantageous.
• Professional grooming, etiquette, and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven leadership with a talent‑development focus.
• Results‑driven commercial acumen and problem‑solving ability.
