Brand Senior Specialist

About the role

Basamh Group is seeking a Brand Senior Specialist to support the execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives across its consumer‑centric ecosystem in the MEA region. The role will involve coordinating cross‑functional activities, monitoring market performance, and contributing to brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned brand activities and marketing initiatives in line with approved plans, guidelines, and timelines.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across media, digital, promotional, and consumer touchpoints.
• Manage brand projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Support creation of brand communication materials, digital content, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, consumer insights, and brand performance; consolidate findings for decision‑making.
• Assist new product development, extensions, innovation, and launch activities through cross‑functional coordination.
• Liaise with Commercial, Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to deliver brand initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand positioning and guidelines.
• Work with agencies and third‑party partners on deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Track campaign performance against KPIs, prepare reports and analysis.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, and commitments.
• Prepare brand presentations, reports, market updates, and related materials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in FMCG, food, or consumer goods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
