Branding & Communications Lead (Bilingual)

About the role

The Branding & Communications Lead is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jeddah. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Aimstyle’s brand objectives.
• Draft, edit, and review press releases and media communications.
• Manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and client service teams to deliver integrated branding initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and refine communication plans based on insights and feedback.
• Guide tone‑of‑voice standards and support client presentations.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership content that reinforces Aimstyle’s market reputation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Experience in strategic communications and creating integrated branding plans.
• Proficiency in writing and editing for various formats, including brand narratives, campaigns, and digital content.
• Ability to manage internal communications and align messaging with organizational goals.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and distributing press releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Branding, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong project‑management skills, capable of prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content‑management tools.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
