Marketing & Growth Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative, commercially‑minded Marketing, Brand & Growth Intern to support the Go‑to‑Market launch of FirstPass AI in Saudi Arabia. The role goes beyond simple social‑media posting, involving brand positioning, high‑impact awareness campaigns, digital presence building, and lead‑generation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand positioning and GTM launch, translating value propositions into clear messaging for employers, recruiters, universities and job seekers.
• Develop and execute brand‑awareness initiatives across LinkedIn, webinars, thought‑leadership content and strategic events.
• Design and assist awareness‑to‑lead campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences, including landing pages, lead magnets and conversion flows.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports and optimise messaging, channels and formats.

Required profile

• Current student, COOP candidate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in branding, growth marketing, AI and technology startups.
• Creative thinking combined with a commercially driven mindset.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital‑marketing platforms.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical abilities, with strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to experiment and learn.
