Broker Parts Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Broker Parts Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving parts sales through brokers and wholesalers across the MENAT region. Working under close supervision, the role focuses on opening new sales channels, achieving volume targets and ensuring smooth order processing using the JSAP system.

Key responsibilities

• Open sales deals and maintain effective communication with clients and brokers.
• Achieve parts sales volume and meet defined targets.
• Manage the complete parts sales cycle using the JSAP ordering system.
• Collect wholesalers’ requirements and forward them to the parts warehouse.
• Invoice orders through the SAP/ERP system following the established process.
• Issue Parts Discrepancy Reports (PDR) when required and coordinate resolutions with the warehouse.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Track client payment status, collect cash and minimize overdue payments.
• Gather market feedback on parts campaigns and report to management.

Required profile

• Works under close daily to weekly supervision.
• Limited authority confined to order management and system usage.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining low overdue payment ratios.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with wholesalers and brokers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the JSAP parts ordering system.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP platforms for invoicing.
• Knowledge of parts discrepancy reporting and resolution processes.
