Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our department in evaluating opportunities, projects and strategic initiatives. The role will produce data‑driven studies, business cases and executive reports that guide decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse operational and commercial feasibility studies for projects and initiatives.
• Assess land assets, real‑estate opportunities and investment prospects from a business perspective.
• Develop business cases to support investment, operational and highest‑and‑best‑use decisions.
• Collect and analyse market, competitor and benchmark data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Create executive presentations, reports and studies for senior management and committees.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs related to business‑development projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build basic financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support decision‑making.
• Prepare scopes of work, develop RFPs and evaluate consultant and vendor proposals.
• Document operational procedures, workflows and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with technical, financial, legal and operational departments to ensure alignment and project success.
• Track action plans, decisions and project timelines through completion.
• Produce periodic reports and business data to support planning and performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development or related areas.
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, market analysis and executive reporting is preferred.
