About the role
This full-time, on-site position is for a Business Development Consultant based in Riyadh. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads and delivering consultative solutions to clients across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Aggressively prospect and secure high-level meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth.
- Conduct frequent in-person visits to understand client needs.
- Design and implement channel expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate proposals and close deals.
- Engage stakeholders to tailor value-driven solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of business development and lead generation experience in consulting, preferably digital transformation and management consulting.
- Proven ability to open new connections and close deals in the KSA market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
