Business Development Executive – Certification

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales and client acquisition for the Certification and Training business unit in Jeddah, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets with 100% revenue utilization for certification and training.
• Develop new clients each quarter through RFP processes.
• Conduct regular visits to new and existing customers.
• Gather competitor intelligence (minimum three reports per month).
• Maintain contract compliance and manage proposal/invoice submissions.
• Cross‑sell services across other business lines.
• Manage client relationships, data integrity, and accounts receivable collections.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or Mass Communication.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in a certification or consultancy environment.
• Experience working with operations, training, and coordination teams.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 or similar management system training certification.
• Safety management certification (optional).
• Strong market knowledge, legal requirements and management systems expertise.
• Analytical skills for client and sales data management.
