Business Development Executive (ELV)

About the role

Agile Consultants is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (ELV) to drive growth across Fire Protection, ELV and MEP sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies for Fire Protection and ELV project sales.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities for projects and maintenance services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and client engagement.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants, main contractors and MEP contractors.
• Conduct market visits, client meetings and site visits to uncover opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and support business expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3‑9 years of business development, sales or account management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in project‑based sales within Fire Protection, ELV or MEP sectors.
• Strong relationship‑management and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the local Saudi market dynamics.
