Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, high‑energy Business Development Executive to support new client acquisition and drive growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will research prospects, build relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients, support outreach, and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare financial proposals, rate cards, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external partners such as media production agencies, influencers, and PR firms.
• Submit proposals through client procurement portals, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
• Lead creative pitches, manage cross‑functional teams, and represent the company in client meetings.
• Assist with contract review, vendor registration, and project planning, including budget estimates and timeline tracking.
• Provide account‑management support when required, acting as primary point of contact for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2.5–5 years of experience in business development, account management or a client‑facing role.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to work remotely while attending in‑person meetings and travel as needed.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and excellent communication skills in English.

• Project‑management and collaboration platforms such as Trello and Monday.com.
• Use of AI productivity tools.
