Business Development Executive – Riyadh (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, managing accounts and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth for Paymob in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies.
• Use lead generation tools to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Expand Paymob’s presence in the KSA market by understanding local business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales or account management within KSA.
• Hands‑on experience with merchants, partnerships or in retail, fintech or e‑commerce sectors.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
