Business Development Executive (Saudi National)

About the role

Paymob, a leading FinTech company in the MENA region, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join its KSA team in Riyadh. The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, managing accounts, and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies.
• Use lead generation tools to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Expand Paymob’s presence in the Saudi market by understanding local business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and improve client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management within Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in retail, FinTech, or e‑commerce sectors.
• Fluent in English and familiar with the KSA market.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and independent work capability.
