About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead client engagement and drive end‑to‑end sales activities in Riyadh. The role combines prospecting, lead generation, account management, and upselling to ensure smooth execution across the entire sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the KSA market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Coordinate project delivery and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in system integration, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record in new business development and account management within the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience selling to large enterprises, BFSI, public sector, healthcare, or transportation.
