About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new business and investment opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role supports the company’s strategic initiatives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare technical and financial proposals.
Support company growth initiatives and revenue generation.

Required profile

Experience in business development within contracting or engineering consultancy sectors.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
Good understanding of the local market.
