Business Development Manager – Recruitment & Staffing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Saudi recruitment and staffing market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Eastern Province.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi recruitment and staffing market.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand workforce requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts and close new business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the recruitment, staffing, manpower supply or workforce solutions industry.
• Mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian recruitment/staffing market.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi recruitment and manpower supply landscape.
• Track record of generating new clients and closing recruitment/staffing contracts.
• Existing corporate network in Dammam and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
