Business Development Manager – School Liaison Specialist

About the role

English Path is seeking a Business Development Manager – School Liaison Specialist to drive student acquisition for its Riyadh centre. The role combines high‑impact B2C recruitment with strategic partnership building across private and international schools, student counsellors, and community groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own the school‑generated lead pipeline, converting enquiries into enrolments and deposit payments using CRM tracking and structured follow‑ups.
• Conduct consultative sales consultations with prospective students and parents, advising on entry requirements, visa expectations and pathway options.
• Identify and secure formal feeder‑school agreements with private, international and bilingual high schools in Riyadh.
• Organise and host on‑campus events such as open days, parent information sessions and trial classes to boost brand visibility.
• Onboard, train and manage local sub‑agents and freelance referral networks, providing up‑to‑date programme knowledge.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to produce localized promotional collateral and social‑media campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and pathway offerings, delivering monthly intelligence to regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education regulations for all school visits and events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, B2C recruitment or school counselling within Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Native‑level Arabic fluency and professional English proficiency.
• Active KSA driving licence and personal vehicle for regular local travel.
