Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) – Outbound Sales

About the role

Vanguard Services is expanding its Business Development team and seeks an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to drive outbound B2B sales across international markets. The role focuses on prospect research, lead generation, cold outreach, qualification and appointment setting, targeting decision‑makers to create qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
• Conduct cold calls, cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
• Research target companies, identify relevant decision‑makers and initiate conversations.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, fit and potential opportunity.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems.
• Manage high‑volume outreach while meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Research international markets and continuously expand the prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team while working independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in BDR, SDR, business development or inside sales.
• Proven track record of B2B prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience engaging with international clients and decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sales KPIs and targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
