About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth opportunities for our digital platform by translating market needs into scalable solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure platform enhancements align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and scope optimization and development opportunities from a business perspective.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with overall business goals.
• Evaluate market trends and operational data to propose data‑driven platform enhancements.
• Prepare clear business requirements, recommendations and strategic proposals for feature development.
• Monitor performance of implemented solutions and product updates to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Development within a digital/tech environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across departments.
