About the role

The Business Enablement Lead drives operational excellence by translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans and fostering cross‑functional collaboration. This role ensures that business growth initiatives are executed efficiently, monitored closely, and continuously improved across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into clear enablement frameworks and plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows, tools, and systems for partnership execution and client engagement.
• Provide data‑driven insights through analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Drive adoption and effective use of business development platforms, CRM systems, and enablement tools.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing, training, and capability‑building across enablement teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development enablement, operations or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on efficiency and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
