Business Process Management Consultant

About the role

Devoteam is looking for an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to join its Strategy & Transformation unit in Riyadh. The role focuses on analysing, modelling and optimising end‑to‑end business processes for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops with process owners and SMEs to capture and map current (As‑Is) processes.
• Apply BPM techniques such as BPMN 2.0 modelling, business rule definition, data‑use analysis and workflow optimisation.
• Design and document hierarchical process structures, identifying sub‑processes, activities and tasks.
• Define and track performance metrics (KPIs), pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend or implement redesigns to meet targets.
• Use BPM modelling tools (ARIS preferred, Bizagi, Signavio, iServer, Bizzdesign) to create and maintain process models.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to address cost, quality, effectiveness and efficiency issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of process performance measurement and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with BPM tools, especially ARIS.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive change.
