Calibration Technician – Jeddah

About the role

Join a leading food manufacturing company as a Calibration Technician in Jeddah. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of factory instruments and test equipment, supporting production and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibration activities for factory instruments and equipment according to approved plans, procedures and technical specifications.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment.
• Analyze calibration data, identify deviations and take corrective actions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of instruments, calibration records, reports and certificates.
• Ensure all calibration activities and documentation comply with internal procedures, audit requirements and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with external calibration service providers for calibration services and documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to support equipment reliability.
• Adhere to HSE, food safety and company standards in all tasks.

Required profile

• Technical/vocational qualification in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in instrumentation and calibration, preferably in food, FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.
• Practical knowledge of instrument calibration, test equipment, calibration procedures and related documentation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of food manufacturing and food safety requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP PM is a plus.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
