Call Center Sales Manager

About the role

Remain Medical Group seeks an experienced Call Center Sales Manager to lead its call center, telesales, and customer experience teams. The role focuses on driving sales performance, converting leads into appointments, and enhancing overall patient conversion. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and medical branches to maximize revenue and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Call Center, Telesales, and Customer Experience teams.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed appointments.
• Develop effective telesales and patient follow‑up strategies.
• Manage lead reactivation, cross‑selling, and upselling initiatives.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, booking rate, attendance rate, call productivity, and revenue generated.
• Develop sales scripts, objection‑handling techniques, and follow‑up processes.
• Coach and train agents on sales techniques, negotiation, closing, and customer communication.
• Analyze leads, campaigns, and sales funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign conversion.
• Work with Operations and medical branches to maximize appointment availability and patient conversion.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Call Center, Telesales, Sales, or Customer Experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong, proven sales background with experience achieving revenue and conversion targets.
• Proven experience in telesales, lead management, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and Call Center KPIs.
• Experience in healthcare, medical centers, dermatology, aesthetics, dental, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Target‑driven with a strong commercial and sales mindset.
