Camp Supervisor – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Camp Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a labour camp supporting construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures a safe, comfortable and well‑maintained living environment for all camp residents while supporting the broader construction schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal and external health, safety and security regulations and report any violations.
• Maintain emergency contact information (fire, police, ambulance) and communicate safety awareness to all camp occupants.
• Assist the Camp Boss with orientation of new employees and participate in labour‑committee meetings.
• Create a harmonious environment that respects the diversity of workers and promotes fairness and motivation.
• Ensure technical equipment (electrical appliances, A/C, etc.) is functional and coordinate repairs with suppliers.
• Prepare and update periodic reports, manage waste and sewerage disposal, and oversee labour transfers between camps.
• Monitor stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), distribute it according to AMANA standards, and support transportation of labour to work sites.
• Maintain daily records of all workers residing in the camp.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience supervising camps within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with health, safety and security regulations applicable to labour camps.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
