Carpenter - Pre-Opening Team, Four Seasons Red Sea

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a Carpenter for its pre-opening team at the upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia. The role covers high-quality carpentry work across the property, keeping woodwork, furnishings, fixtures and decorative elements to Four Seasons' standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, offices and back-of-house spaces.
• Construct, repair and refurbish furniture, doors, windows, cabinetry and decorative wood features.
• Assist with installations and adjustments of fixtures, paneling and signage.
• Keep workspaces and tools clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping and other departments on repair requests and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, and support sustainability by minimizing waste and recycling materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, resort or commercial setting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craftsmanship and quality.
• Fluency in English is preferred; candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Skilled use of woodworking tools, equipment and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices, manual handling and workplace hazard management.
