Category Manager Food Service (HORECA)

About the role

Procapita Group is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Food Service (HORECA) portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive revenue, profit, and market share across the Saudi Arabian market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement category strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market‑share targets.
• Maintain a balanced, profitable product portfolio and launch new items based on market demand.
• Build and nurture strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and promotional support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct pricing analysis, margin reviews, and profitability assessments.
• Work with Supply Chain and Market Planning to optimise inventory and demand forecasts.
• Perform market research and produce performance reports and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive category management experience, preferably in Food Service or FMCG.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑focused and adaptable to work with suppliers, vendors and agencies.
