Category Manager

About the role

Lemon Pharmacy is seeking a proactive Category Manager to lead the development and execution of its product category strategy across its retail network in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for shaping assortment, pricing, and promotional plans while collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure optimal product availability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement category assortment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Set pricing and promotional tactics to maximize margins and sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze category performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the category competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category management, buying, or retail merchandising.
• Deep understanding of assortment planning, pricing structures, margin optimization, and stock movement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
