About the role
Avrio, a fintech company focused on AI‑driven solutions for healthcare finance, is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Riyadh office. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily workflows and a high‑quality client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and keep CRM systems up to date.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow‑up activities.
- Support sales processes and contribute to team targets.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
