Category Merchant Manager – Hardlines & 3rd Party Marketplace (Saudi)

About the role

The Amazon Saudi Arabia Marketplace team is looking for a customer‑obsessed Category Merchant Manager to lead the Hardlines (Home & Electronics) segment on our third‑party marketplace. You will own a significant portion of the category P&L, drive growth, and improve efficiency while shaping strategic initiatives that connect sellers with Saudi shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the Hardlines category P&L, focusing on top‑line revenue and bottom‑line margins.
• Design and implement incentive frameworks that align third‑party seller success with customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure product standards and optimal delivery for large home items and delicate electronics.
• Analyse data to uncover insights, develop growth strategies and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that improve marketplace processes and seller experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of retail or e‑commerce experience, preferably in Home and Electronics categories.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
