Certified Databricks Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Databricks Instructor to deliver high‑quality technical training on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The role involves designing and facilitating instructor‑led sessions, workshops and hands‑on labs for technical professionals and enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions.
• Facilitate both theoretical and hands‑on learning across relevant Databricks technologies.
• Guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real‑world use cases.
• Explain complex data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly.
• Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation.
• Adapt delivery based on participants' technical backgrounds and learning needs.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Stay current with Databricks platform developments, certifications, and recommended practices.
• Support internal and client enablement initiatives.
• Maintain consistently high standards of training delivery and learner experience.

Required profile

• Active relevant Databricks certification(s).
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Databricks platform.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with different experience levels.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
