Change & Adoption Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Change & Adoption Specialist to support organization-wide strategic and transformation initiatives by ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are effectively implemented and adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Develop change management and adoption plans for strategic initiatives
• Assess organizational impact and readiness for change
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Coordinate training, awareness, and adoption activities
• Identify resistance and adoption barriers and support mitigation actions
• Define adoption KPIs and monitor implementation progress
• Support leaders and teams in embedding new ways of working
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate insights into improvement actions
• Support post-implementation reviews to ensure changes are sustained

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, or Strategy Implementation
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in change impact assessments and adoption planning
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work effectively across different functions and organizational levels
