Change Manager (Healthcare - Clinical - ICU Solutions)

About the role

The Change Management Lead for Tele‑Health services will drive the adoption of virtual critical‑care solutions across intensive care units in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute change strategies for Tele‑ICU deployments in hospitals and Ministry of Health programs, aligning with Vision 2030 healthcare transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured change management approach covering readiness, go‑live and post‑implementation phases for Tele‑ICU solutions.
• Identify and engage clinical and administrative stakeholders, delivering communication campaigns, executive briefings, town‑halls and bedside sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers to create onboarding pathways for physicians, nurses and respiratory therapists, lead super‑user programs and provide bedside coaching.
• Assess readiness, anticipate resistance and apply data‑driven narratives to mitigate change blockers.
• Define, monitor and report adoption KPIs such as system log‑ins, consult completion rates and satisfaction surveys, translating results into ROI insights.

Required profile

• Clinical background – nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in change management, preferably within digital health or Tele‑ICU projects.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams and senior executives.
