Channel Sales Manager - Self Service Beverage

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will lead the growth of self‑service beverage solutions across office, institutional and public‑space locations. This role blends strategic account development with hands‑on leadership of a sales team to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the self‑service beverage channel.
• Identify and secure new placement opportunities in offices, institutions and high‑traffic venues.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service and satisfaction levels.
• Lead, coach and monitor performance of sales/route representatives.
• Analyze machine and unit performance data to pinpoint growth opportunities and underperforming sites.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with operations and supply‑chain teams to guarantee product availability and service quality.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and positioning.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in foodservice, beverage, FMCG or automated retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a sales or field team.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
