About the role
Search Consulting Group is conducting a confidential executive search for a Chief AI Officer to lead AI transformation across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role oversees enterprise AI strategy, agentic AI adoption, GenAI transformation, AI governance, data and analytics, intelligent automation, AI‑enabled products, and technology modernization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise AI strategy and implementation.
- Drive agentic AI adoption and GenAI transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks.
- Lead data and analytics, intelligent automation, and AI‑enabled product development.
- Guide technology modernization across the organization.
Required profile
- Experience taking AI initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale transformation.
- Experience working with C‑suite executives and Boards.
- Ability to manage complex technology ecosystems.
- Experience connecting technology investment with measurable business results.
- International operating experience.
