Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will work at the heart of a fast‑scaling, globally distributed organization that builds critical infrastructure for the payments ecosystem. Based in Saudi Arabia, this senior executive will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, turning strategy into execution and ensuring alignment across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central operator for the executive team, aligning strategy, execution, and company‑wide priorities.
• Own and drive CEO office priorities, including cross‑functional initiatives and high‑impact strategic projects.
• Translate executive decisions into clear actions, assign accountable owners, and set measurable deadlines.
• Lead end‑to‑end special projects such as strategic analyses, board preparation materials, and company‑wide initiatives.
• Support and refine executive communications, including board decks, leadership updates, and internal narratives.
• Manage cross‑functional coordination between product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Own core operating rhythms: weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and board preparation.
• Partner with senior leadership on OKR definition, tracking, and performance accountability.
• Identify and resolve cross‑functional gaps before they escalate.
• Surface key insights from across the business to inform executive decision‑making.
• Support adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or fast‑paced technology environments.
• Proven ability to operate across strategy and execution in ambiguous, high‑stakes settings.
• Strong strategic thinking, exceptional execution capability, and senior‑leadership exposure.
