Chief Sales Officer – Digital Transformation (Enterprise)

About the role

The Chief Sales Officer will lead Innovation Team’s enterprise software sales, focusing on digital transformation projects for government, ICT, health care and large enterprises. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSO will shape strategy, drive revenue growth and manage key vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performance team of Enterprise Software Sales Managers.
• Identify and secure high‑value enterprise deals across sectors such as government, ICT, banking and large enterprises.
• Strengthen and expand partnerships with technology vendors including Pega, IBM, Google Cloud Apigee and Contentsquare.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and product teams to ensure seamless solution selling and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and system integration services.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role such as Chief Sales Officer.
• Proven track record selling complex IT solutions to Saudi government, ICT, health‑care and large enterprises.
• Strong network with global technology vendors and experience managing partnership licences.
• Saudi national with excellent English communication skills.
